Behind Flavor File
Hi, I’m Mia Oku!

Mia’s Flavor File began as a way for me to collect the meals my husband and I love, so I could easily return to them whenever I needed inspiration or forgot what I did the first time. Let’s be honest, sometimes a meal comes out amazing, and then you can’t remember a single thing you added!
Now, I’m excited to share those recipes and ideas with you. Whether you are brand new to cooking and need beginner-friendly guidance, or you are an experienced cook looking for fresh inspiration, welcome to my page.
Mia’s Flavor File will continue to grow as my husband and I try new meals, discover new flavors, and create memories in our home. Have an idea, a suggestion, or simply want to chat? Feel free to send me a message.
I’m so excited for the food journey we’ll be taking together. And remember, the secret ingredients are always love and Adobo 😉

- ICED COFFEE
- 0:00Brew
Brew the coffee using the same method above.
- 0:08Cool

- 0:28Pour
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
- 0:29Finish

Trust Me on This: Adding the cinnamon directly to the coffee grounds gives every sip warm, cozy flavor. Brew it a little stronger if you're making iced coffee so the flavor stays bold after the ice melts.
