Behind Flavor File
Hi, I’m Mia Oku!

Mia’s Flavor File began as a way for me to collect the meals my husband and I love, so I could easily return to them whenever I needed inspiration or forgot what I did the first time. Let’s be honest, sometimes a meal comes out amazing, and then you can’t remember a single thing you added!
Now, I’m excited to share those recipes and ideas with you. Whether you are brand new to cooking and need beginner-friendly guidance, or you are an experienced cook looking for fresh inspiration, welcome to my page.
Mia’s Flavor File will continue to grow as my husband and I try new meals, discover new flavors, and create memories in our home. Have an idea, a suggestion, or simply want to chat? Feel free to send me a message.
I’m so excited for the food journey we’ll be taking together. And remember, the secret ingredients are always love and Adobo 😉

What you need
- 18 Oreos
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
Cooking timeline
- 0:00Make the crust
Crush the Oreos, reserving some crumbs for the top. Mix the remaining crumbs with melted butter and press into a serving dish.
- 0:08Chill
Place the crust in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
- 0:10Make the filling
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream.
- 0:18Fold together
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the melted white chocolate.
- 0:25Assemble
Spread the filling evenly over the Oreo crust.
- 0:30Set
Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Top with the reserved crushed Oreos just before serving.
Trust Me on This: Let the melted white chocolate cool slightly before folding it in so the whipped filling stays light and creamy.
